Privacy policy
What we collect
Your name, email address, shipping address and order history, so we can send you a brush and answer your email about it. If you contact us, we keep that correspondence. Our store runs on Shopify, which also collects standard traffic and device data.
Payment details
Card details are handled by Shopify's payment processor and never reach our systems. We can see the last four digits and the card brand on an order, nothing more.
Cookies and how we watch the site
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how this site is actually used — where people scroll, what they click, and where a page confuses them. It records that as an anonymised replay of the page, and Microsoft processes it on our behalf. You can read Microsoft's privacy statement for what they do with it.
Two things worth stating plainly. Clarity never captures what you type: the contents of input boxes and drop-downs are masked before anything leaves your browser, so your name, order number and the message you write us are not in any recording. And it only sets cookies if you press Accept on the bar at the bottom of the page. Press Decline and no Clarity cookie is stored, which also means we cannot follow a visit from one page to the next — that is the trade, and we would rather you knew it than not.
You can change your answer at any time, and it should take the same one click it took to give it: use Cookie choices, here or in the footer of any page. The only other things we keep in your browser are your cart, so it survives a refresh, and the consent answer itself.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, rent your email address, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.
Sharing
We share your name and shipping address with our manufacturing and fulfilment partner and the carriers who move the parcel, because otherwise it cannot be delivered. Customs authorities receive the declaration data the route requires.
Retention and deletion
If you ask to be forgotten we delete what we can and tell you what tax and accounting law requires us to keep, and for how long.

Who we are
This store is operated by BrushGrill LLC. Placing an order creates a contract between you and us on these terms.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in euros. We may correct pricing errors and cancel and refund an affected order rather than fulfil it at a mistaken price.
Product safety
This product is a wire brush containing a lithium-ion battery. It must not be used on a hot grill, submerged, disassembled, or given to children. Use outside the instructions on the Safety and Care page voids the warranty and may be dangerous. Replace the head at the first sign of wear and wipe the grate before cooking.
Claims made on this site
The 90-second figure describes a typical two- to four-burner grate cleaned regularly. Results vary with grill type, residue and the interval since the last clean. Customer statements describe individual experiences and are not a guarantee of your result.
Guarantee and warranty
The 60-day guarantee and the 12-month motor and cell warranty are set out on the Returns & guarantee page and form part of these terms.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
