The brush is built, packed and dispatched by our manufacturing partner in Guangdong, China, and flown direct to you. That is why one tool with a motor and a lithium cell costs €67 instead of €110.

It also means this is not a two-day delivery, and we would rather you knew that here than at the bottom of a confirmation email. Most US orders land inside two weeks.

Processing

One to two business days to pick, pack and hand the parcel to the carrier. Orders placed Friday afternoon go out Monday. The delivery windows above start once it is scanned in, not when you click buy.

Tracking, and the quiet week

A tracking number reaches you by email at the first real carrier scan, usually three to five days after you order. It then goes quiet for several days while the parcel is consolidated and flown. That silence is normal on this route and is not a lost package.

Tracking wakes up again when it clears customs and hands off to the local carrier for the last mile.

Lithium battery restrictions

The cell is installed in the tool and ships as UN3481, on air freight with a certified handler and by road for the last mile. We can't ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses. If checkout rejects your address, that is why — send us a street address and we'll sort it.

Chinese New Year

The factory and the freight network shut for roughly two weeks around the lunar new year, usually late January into February. Orders placed in that window are dispatched when it reopens, and we put a banner on this site before it happens rather than after.

Late, lost or crushed

If it passes 30 business days with no delivery scan, email hello@brushyourgrill.com with your order number: we send a replacement or refund you, your choice, and we take it up with the carrier ourselves. Same if it arrives damaged — a photo is enough, and nothing needs to go back.
