Your confirmation email contains a direct order-status link — that is the most accurate view of where the parcel is.

Tracking usually appears three to five days after you order, goes quiet for several days while the parcel is consolidated and flown, then wakes up when it clears US customs. That silence is normal on this route and is not a lost package.
